Terms and Conditions for A&Z Auto Detailing
By scheduling or receiving services from A&Z Auto Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Offered
A&Z Auto Detailing provides mobile car detailing services, including exterior washes, interior cleaning, waxing, polishing, and related services. All services are performed at a location agreed upon between A&Z Auto Detailing and the customer.
2. Appointments and Access
You must provide safe and legal access to your vehicle at the scheduled service time. This includes a legal parking area with enough space for our team to work. If access is not available, your appointment may be rescheduled or canceled.
3. Vehicle Condition
We ask that all personal belongings be removed from the vehicle before service. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept [insert payment methods, e.g., cash, credit/debit, mobile payments]. A deposit may be required for large or custom jobs.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

For safety and quality reasons, services may be delayed or rescheduled due to severe weather (rain, extreme heat, etc.). We will notify you as early as possible and arrange a new time.
8. Liability Disclaimer
A&Z Auto Detailing is not liable for pre-existing damage, worn-out clear coats, aging interiors, or other issues that may become more visible after detailing. We take reasonable care with every vehicle, but we are not responsible for mechanical or cosmetic problems unrelated to our services.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the effective date.
